"Beautiful Entourage" by E. L. Todd

My Thoughts....

Good read with a intriguing story with some interesting characters especially Aspen and Rhett. I loved how things were changed around at the end between the daughter and her father giving the ready quite a surprising ending. I would have liked to have known a little more about that ex and his future bride but since this is a series maybe they will come up at a later time. The reader gets a little bit of it all...from 'sadness, to humor, entertainment and much drama that will keep you turning the pages to the end. I thought this novel was a good read and would recommend it to you. ( )

SENSUALITY RATING: Profanity; Euphemistic code words i.e. “hands moved to her shorts“; At least (2) graphically depicted sex scenes.

GENRE: Romance

SETTING: Modern day New York City

CENTRAL FEMALE CHARACTER: ASPEN – wholeheartedly cares about the environment; she meets professional demands but is lighthearted and playful; not snooty like many rich people; tries to stay positive.

CENTRAL MALE CHARACTER: RHETT – an escort by profession; unbelievably handsome; intelligent and fun loving; family and true friendships means a lot to him; expressive of his emotions.

SYNOPSIS: Aspen desperately wants to become CEO of her father’s company regardless of the fact that he treats her like she does not exist. He wants her to prove her worth to him by showing the world that she has a boyfriend. She hires Rhett from an escort service to act as her boyfriend.

WHAT I LIKED: Each chapter swings from the thoughts of one character to the other i.e. Chp 1 RHETT, Chp 2 ASPEN, etc. All romance books should contain HUMOR and this one did. The baseball game and fart a song was hilarious.

WHAT I DID NOT LIKE: This book would have been an all-time excellent book without the profanity (Hated It) and without sensual “details”.

OVERALL RATING: Easy to rate a million stars due to the “story-line” being absolutely EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT AND EXCELLENT. Regardless of the depictive sex and profanity. Now on my list of favs. ( )
