About the series, you really could read each as standalone. Its nice to do as a series as the characters intertwine. However, not a necessity with this series as each character gets a turn for their story. So, if you are reading this book out of turn as it came recommended, don't panic that you have to read three others first. So, now onto Wyatt....

I do like that this novel offers a side story that involves a bit of intrigue. What I LOVE about the novel is that our side story does not take over the book and drone on. We get closure to that piece mid-book while building up the relationship which is why we read this genre in the first place. And the side story gives me the reason why I want to knock Wyatt up side the head and cheer Andrea on- 'You go Girlfriend!' Some reviews don't relate to the h in story- I totally dig on a chick that knows what she wants, isn't embarrassed by her choices, and just goes for it. She's a great representation of independent woman who battles with our internal voice that wonders if the women of the '50's weren't all wrong. Wyatt is the perfect blend of alpha but I am ready to settle down book boyfriend. Our H has a bit of the white hat syndrome and wants to fix/follow rules (see his job description). You all know these men; if not google nail in head video and it explains my analogy. However, our H figures it out way before the last two paragraphs (another check in my column why I love the book not waiting for the very end to get my tidy bow/hea.) And that makes this book a very satistfying read indded. ( )
