No pictures and no nutritional information. Recipes sound very easy to make but not quite so healthy although you should be able to substitute a whole egg with egg beaters, etc. There are also quite a few VERY healthy dishes so there is something for everybody. Has categories for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and treats and other dishes. Lots of fresh spices, herbs and vegetables. Love chicken cordon blue-gonna have to try that one!
