Very readable book. I liked the slightly goofy heroine. The hero was a bit different. He was a survivor of a kidnapping when he was 10 and now that he is 30, he cannot convince his very rich father that he doesn't still need 4 guards around him 24 hours a day. He spends time trying to duck the guards. He is a pretty typical guy and is well written in the obliviousness that he has in places. The plot was pretty solid. Their fathers are old friends who have not spoken in 47 years and there is a lot of wondering what's up with that. Then there is the fact that she has a tendency to hook up with losers and the last one left her pregnant. The day she finds out she's pregnant, she meets the hero. That's got to suck and she doesn't really handle it well. I'm not usually a fan of this line but I liked this one. ( )
