The climax of the novel was rushed and the ending came too abruptly. However, it was an unusual story line and gave me reasons to think. ( )

I loved the setting of this novel more than I loved the book, but I would still recommend reading it based on that strength alone. The descriptions of graphic design and letterpress printing were fascinating. I am still mulling over the recurring motif of making things beautiful. ( )
