A good diet – maybe not one to stay on for your whole life, but one that will definitely make you think twice about whether eating large amounts of carbs (I used to eat ~1000 calories of breakfast cereal on a daily basis!) is healthy, and also encourage you to eat more protein, which for me makes me want to work out and put that extra protein to use in building muscle mass! nessuna recensione | aggiungi una recensione
