I got to stop reading these crime story books in an attempt to get my 'suspense fix'. There is no suspense in these books and Echoes of my Soul is no exception. This is another one of those well written, researched crime journals that just follows the facts of the case - 'just the facts, ma'am'. However sometimes the facts are extremely boring.

I am sure that people familiar with this case will read this book and thoroughly enjoy it - I did mention it was well written and researched - but for me, who is unfamiliar with the case, it was ho-hum, even though I do feel horrible for the victims' families. This story was just completely tragic...One thumb up. (

This was a very compelling and fast paced read. The author managed to grab my attention right from the very beginning and never lost me. I simply couldn't put this book down. Highly recommended to fans of true crime and legal thrillers. (
