In this story a girl goes to work with her dad. While at work, the dad offers tasks for the girl to do so that she experiences work. She is able to help her dad and also express her likes and dislikes when it comes to working with dad.

Summary
A little girl is excited about going to work with her daddy and can't wait to help him at work. She loves and respects her daddy as he works and has time to show her what he does everyday and even allows her to participate in these daily tasks.

Personal reflection
I liked this book because it shows that family is important in the teaching of children. The bond between a father and his daughter is precious.

Extension
1. Have the children tell what their parent/caretaker does for a living.
2. Have some of the parents/caretakers come in and talk about their jobs.
3. Have the children talk about what they want to be when they grow up. ( )

This is a story about a little girl who gets to go to work with her daddy at the office for the day. She has quite an adventure and gets to meet many new people. It is a day she will never forget.
