That just about covers it, I think, except for the killer mutant gopher, and the fact that young Danny likes to swallow live trout whole.
The box dares us to watch the last thirty minutes. I dare you to watch the first sixty.
A mysterious plane lands and a bunch of knife-wielding guys with brown stuff (day-old guacamole?) caked on their faces rush out, slit throats, and then suck up the blood of their victims. Whatever's ailing them is apparently infectious, because the city's soon filled with people covered with brown stuff, the military is unable to cope, civilization is doomed.

What's surprising is not that they found so many, but that so many have thus far been overlooked. Awesomely stupid and shoddy, this is one of those rare movie opportunities for you to actually feel your brain softening.
"Charge! Once more into the breech you mothergrabbers! Let's purloin that water!" - Exterminators Of The Year 3000
