- The community owned privately funded public library serving the Wood River Valley - Sun Valley area. 15,000 card holders, 120,000 items in collection, 130,000+ visits annually. Over 30 public access computers and Wi-Fi throughout building. Regional History archives, reference room, children's library, young adults room. Lecture room (capacity 140) hosts 80+ programs per year. Two conference rooms. All library services are free to public. Library's $1.4 million budget is supported entirely by donations from public and revenue from Gold Mine Thrift Store. No direct tax support. Open 54 hours per week, 309 days per year.
