- Seminole Community Library at St. Petersburg College is a partnership between the City of Seminole and SPC – a public library and a college library in one integrated facility – as well as a member of the Pinellas Public Library Cooperative. It’s a "Community Commons" where connections are made - between people and information and each other. Partnership and cooperation are the principles that enable the library to contribute to and share in the resources of other other Pinellas public lbraries and other SPC campus libraries. These principles promote the best service to library users. With print, media, and electronic resources, free Wi-Fi, public computers, programs and special events for all ages, reading and study spaces, the “Innovation Lab,” and more, the Seminole Community Library at St. Petersburg College is your community hub!
