- "The 2008 Burlington Book Festival will take place in a variety of downtown Burlington venues throughout the weekend of September 12 through 14. The Queen City’s 4th annual celebration of the written word will feature readings, signings, panels, workshops, demos, musical performances, family activities and special events featuring literary luminaries from around the world-and just around the corner. Virtually all events will be free of charge. A complete schedule will be announced early in the summer."
