Descrizione:: Fantastika 2016 is the national Swedish science fiction and fantasy convention for 2016 (Swecon). The programme covers science fiction and fantasy in all their forms an the emphasis on literature. Author/scholar guests of honour are Maria Turtschaninoff from Finland, Jerry Määttä from Sweden and Carolyn Ives Gilman from Washington D C. The fan guest of honour is Caroline Mullan from UK.

A large part of the programming will be in English and at all times at least one programme item will be in English.
