Is it a surprise that Tony had forgotten the missing child? Did you think it will turn out to be the dead person?

Tony seems to be having some mental lapses, could be he is also struggling with the miscarriage. Not sure if the missing girl is the murder victim.

Not surprised that Tony didn’t remember the missing child. The dead girl may be Akka or her child, Nala.

He shouldn't be forgetting something like that. Someone should be questioning this. I think >2 JohnDBurke: is right. He's struggling with a lot these days. I'm surprised his superiors re allowing him to work. Of course, it's a work of fiction...so...

I was taken aback that McLean didn’t immediately consider the missing girl and the body might be one and the same. At that point, I was expecting it to be the missing girl.

I think that he is distracted. He has serious relationship problems, is dealing with the pain caused by Emma's miscarriage and has been promoted into a role he did not want.

This seemed beyond incompetent, and didn’t really fit with me despite what Tony had recently gone though. I felt it could be the missing child.
