Any thoughts about the message that went out from the stricken ship shortly before it was destroyed?

Co-ordinates to be able to recover the scuttled ship?

Presumably letting them know they’d been discovered and were destroying the ship, as well as their location.

They were hiding whatever was being transported on the ship.

They probably had extensive instructions from their boss on what to do if they were caught and found. I'm assuming they have technology that will allow them to retrieve it.
