Welcome to Aura Grounds! For an explanation of what this roleplay is about:
Welcome to Aura Grounds, only the lot of which the most famous schools are located! Here, you will ready yourself for your fairytale, whatever that may be. What is it? You'll find out after you graduate and finally read your storybook! The script to your future..
The script cannot be altered and you may only read it once, but.. Enough focus on that. Let's get back to the main point. See that big, white castle to your right? That is Vita Castle, where all students destined to be good take classes and stay. The black tower to your left is Mortem Tower, where all students destined to be evil take classes and rest.
Students may not visit their opposite tower. But may wander the rest of the lot. Just don't go into the forest past curfew, you may never come out alive and may turn into.. One of them. Anyways, there's a huge, grey building in the middle of the lot, where the cafeteria, swimming pool, gym, and classes for both sides are located! That building is known as Aura Center.

What are The Cursed Souls?.. Well, let me give you a quick history lesson.
Long ago, when Aura Grounds had hosted the first-ever graduation, rumors had spread that the children who didn't want to be forced into their fairytale were plotting something. Something to destroy the school. And these rumors were true. The headmaster had rounded all the teachers, both good and evil, to protect the ceremony. To protect the grounds. Hours passed and they thought that the attacks were false, that they lied. But those thoughts were the only false thing about that night. At exactly midnight, students emerged from behind the room, holding all sorts of weapons. Many teachers gathered all the other students, the innocent ones, safely into Vita Castle, while the other teachers stayed behind. It was a crazy battle, and 'good' won. The students who attempted to change fate had died, their bodies disappearing and spirits floating away. One of the teachers had cast a curse, "Anyone who dares erase the bold words, shall be warned: Fate cannot be changed, it is drilled into time, into space. It forever stays."
Anybody who tries to break and change fate, (who gets caught), becomes a Cursed Soul, trapped.

- Classes start at 8 Am.
- Classes end at 3 Pm.
- Breakfast is at 7:30 Am.
- Lunch is at 12:30 Pm.
- Diner is at 5:45 Pm.
- Curfew is at 7 Pm.
- Students must be in their dorms by curfew.
- Students may not visit their opposite school.
- First part of the code is your favorite day of the week.
- School rules are not Rp rules, they may be broken in Rp (Curfew, rebelling, etc.). Rp rules must be followed!
- The Cursed Souls can only be seen after curfew, however, they can be heard anytime.
- There's an invisible barrier around the lot and forest. Only teachers may make it go (Temporarily) down.

- Aura Grounds, the place where everything is located. There are some food stands, parks, and more!
- The Deep Forest, the forest next to Aura Lot. This is where the Cursed Souls are trapped.

R U L E S :
- You may only be accepted by me, be patient, don't ask.
- You may have unlimited characters, but they can't all be the same gender.
- Your characters may not be a love interest with another one of your characters! Occasional siblings are fine just don't make everyone related.
- Hate the OC, not the person.
- Drama, romance, and death are allowed, just keep it clean.
- You may not join a roleplay chain with 2+ people unless you ask everyone, and everyone says yes. 1 no and it's a no.
- 3rd part of the code is your favorite quote.
- Pets aren't allowed in Aura Center, nor any of the school classrooms. Dorms, sure. This is a school Rp, not a zoo.

Sign-up Announcements (REQUIRED TO READ):
- Please give your OC a hobby that isn't drawing. I know it's popular, but that's the problem. Not everyone likes art, nor is everyone good at it at first.
- We need more boys! Remember, at least 1 of your characters must be of a different gender! So if you have multiple females, you need to make a male.
- You can have non-nice Ocs. Make rude, selfish, annoying, and other negative traited characters. This is Rp, you don't have to be nice.
- Last part of the code is your favorite Disney character.
- For now, you can choose the school. But I might swap it on you if things are not balanced.

For the power section:
All Ocs can cast spells and make potions, but some are born with specific and more powerful magic. That is the power.
Cursed Souls do not have powers, at all. That's a part of the curse.

The only pets being accepted at the moment are dogs, cats, fish, mice, and hamsters.

About dorming:
To make things as open as possible, you may pick roommates and even change them throughout threads.
Your character may not room with another character you own.
Rooms are within the main schools, Vita Castle and Mortem Tower. This means, students in Vita have a dorm in Vita. Mortem students dorm in Mortem.
For real dorming, they also always pair students of the same gender together.
For characters who identify as something that goes against what media always says a girl and a guy are (just their body), I unfortunately still have to sort it that way.

Lyric was glancing around Mortem Tower, their eyes covered in sleepiness as she bumped into (your oc).

Shadow fell, hitting the ground with a thud, "Sorry," he mumbled, picking himself back up

"O-Oh sorry, i was the one who bumped into you..." Lyric said, wiping their eyes. (So whenever she touches someone he sees their death)

Oh no)) "Are you okay?" Shadow said, concerned now

"Yeah, just tired" Lyric said quickly, taking a step back.

He sighed, "That makes two of us."

"Ah, i've had nightmares my whole life so thats usually why i cant sleep"

Shadow looked at him, "Is it every dream?"

"Mostly yeah, maybe some good ones but not often"

He smiled, but it was one that was rarely used, "What class do you have?"

"Um....potions i think"

"I think I have potions as well," he sighed, "I hope it's a good class."

"Yeah, well um...wanna walk together?" Lyric asked, "Oh and my name is Lyric Willows, whats yours?"

I couldn't think of a better last name)) Shadow nodded, "Sure, and my name's Shadow Parks"

Ooh- Parks is good)) "Thats a nice name" Lyric said, keeping their hands to the side.

He smiled, "After you," he said

Lyric smiled, walking towards the potions class.

Shadow followed

She started mumbling the lyrics to the song 'Everlong' by the Foo Fighters.

Shadow entered the class room, taking a seat in the back without hesitating

Lyric sat in the back, near a window.

The teacher walked in smiling, "Welcome students"

Shadow mumbled a hello

Lyric didn't say anything, hoping the teacher doesn't accidentally graze her arm or hand when handing out papers.

Shadow sighed, pulling on his hoodie

The teacher walked around, giving out papers. "This will need to be returned tomorrow with your parents signature."

The teacher should move Shadow next to Lyric)) Shadow read the paper, sighing

Ooooh- yeshhhh)) "Actually, Shadow, can you move next to Lyric Willows please?"

He lifted his head, "Sure," he mumbled, moving over to Lyric

Lyric thought to himself /please dont graze my arm..../ over and over.

Shadow sat next to him and did not graze her arm

Lyric calmed down, "Well um...how are you..."

"Depressed," he shrugged, "Nothing new, what about yourself?"

"Nervous....a lot"

"Care to explain why?"

"Well whenever people even accidentally touch me....i see their deaths..."

Shadow understood, "So that's why you were crying earlier."

"Yeah...i saw my uh...cats death..."

Shadow sighed, "I know you saw mine, I won't press you however."

"T-Thanks"

He smiled vaguely, "I'm here if you need some comfort."

Lyric smiled, "Thanks....once i see someones death it never really goes away, so that's why i have nightmares..."

Shadow sighed, "I can move with shadows."

"Thats a lot cooler than mine!"

"Not really." he sighed

"Well to me it is"

"I feel terrible for you," He said

"Its really whatever- but i count my power as more of a curse"

"It honestly is."

"Really, i just hope my little sister doesnt get it-"

I just remembered I helped name Sharkbite)) "So you have a family?"

Yeps!)) "I only have my little sister left, and after school I have to take care of her....and i see her death every day...."

Shadow sighed sadly, "I just stay here, I was an only child and my parents died when I was 10."

"At least thats better than knowing you can stop a kid's death just not knowing when it will be"

"It's not really, I had to work 7 jobs to get here. I never went to school before this. I learned how to read a write from a homeless guy on the side of the street."

Lyric looked outside, tears pricking at her eyes as they thought /dont cry! Your not a baby/

"We're not here to exchange sob stories," he said, "We're here to learn."

"Yeah...we are" Lyric said, looking at the board, which said 'Today we will not be learning much, as it is your first day'

"Nevermind, I stand corrected again." He mumbled

Lyric chuckled, "Uh- wanna sneak out, i think i know a great secret spot on campus"

"Sure," he said, "I'll just follow in your shadow."

"Okay" Lyric said, opening the window and jumping out.

Shadow disappeared, following her shadow

Lyric ran towards the shade, away from the classroom.

Shadow was already there, "Interesting escape route," he said, chuckling

"Yeah, i usually ran from my house when i was younger"

Shadow smiled, "I wasn't expecting being yeeted out of the window behind you."

"Hah, i am full of surprises"

"True," he said, "I'm assuming you don't go by she/her pronouns."

"I use They/Him/Hers, so honestly everything"

Shadow nodded, "Figured."

Lyric laughed a little, "I wonder if we will meet anyone"

"I hope not," he said, "It'd be difficult to explain why we are out here."

"Thats true"

"Now let's go and explore,"

"Yeah!" Lyric said, still looking around.

"I'll follow you."

"Alright" Lyric said, pointing to a random building "I wonder what that is"

"Let's go check it out."

"Okay!" Lyric said, running towards the building.

Shadow ran behind them

Lyric chuckled, walking in.

"What is this place?" he asked

"Not sure- may be the lunch quarters"

"It might be time to go," he said, pointing to the clock on the wall

"Oh yeah, true- i need to get back to my house"

"Your house? We still have more periods," he said

"Ugh- i wish school never existed"

Shadow was surprised, "That's a first."

"But if i hear she hurt my sister, i will not be happy-" Lyric said, a serious look on his face.

Shadow frowned, "Or was that next period?" He said, taking out a schedule, "No, I have torture methods."

"Cool, i think we may have the same schedule"

"Let me see yours," he said, beginning to walk back into the school

"We do have the same schedule" he said smiling, "Now we need to run back to the school."

"Yeah!"

Shadow sprinted towards the school

Lyric followed, quickly gettinng out of breath.

Shadow entered the school, Lyric was right behind him. The bell rang.

"Crap! We are late!" Lyric cried, out of breath.

"Hardly," He said, "I'll get your stuff. See you in torturing class."

"Okay.." Lyric said, running to class.

Shadow somehow appeared in the class before Lyric

Lyric gasped, "H-How"

He shrugged, "I have no idea," he said

They sat down, still gasping for air. "Jeez- those stairs can kill somebody"

"They can?" He said interested at once

"With the sheer amount yeah"

Shadow's eyes went dangerous for a millisecond, "Let's go and sit down." he sighed

"Yeah, please and thank you"

Shadow smiled, siting in the window seat

Lyric sat next to him, muttering "I hope this day goes by fast"

"So do I, do you maybe want to hang out after school?" he said

"Sure, you can even meet my little sis"

"That'd be fun." he said smiling

Lyric smiled back, the teacher handing out papers, and their hand grazed Lyrics. She went into a sort of trans, seeing how the teacher would die.

Shadow looked at Lyric, knowing what was about to happen, "Put your head down so no one knows you're crying," he said

Lyric came back putting her head down before sobbing silently.

Shadow wanted to comfort her but he knew it would just make her cry more

They stopped crying a few minutes later, tear tracks dry on his face.

"Make sure you wipe off the tear tracks," he whispered

"O-Oh thanks" he said, wiping the tear tracks off her face.

He smiled, "I've been there before."

"Really?" She asked, "Well i hope school ends soon- these clothes are very uncomfortable"

"That's why I wear sweats," he replied, "Very comfortable."

"Well i used to wear things like this all the time but its starting to get uncomfortable"

"You need to wear sweats then, I have some that might fit you."

"Can i possibly change into them?"

"Sure," He said, "We still have a few minutes of passing period, follow me."

Lyric nodded, walking after Shadow.

Shadow led her to a dorm, "It's in here, bottom drawer to the right." he said

Lyric nodded, grabbing the pants and going into the bathroom to change.

Shadow waited outside of the dorm

She walked back out, seeming to be less uncomfortable. "Thanks for the pants"

"Your welcome," he said smiling

"Well should we get to class?"

"Yeah," he sighed, "Probably."

Lyric started walking back to class, moving her arms forward and back.

Shadow followed him

They whistled a little, walking into the classroom.

Shadow was behind her, in her shadow

The teacher looked up at her. "Your late- you have to stay behind when class ends"

Lyric nodded, sitting down.

Shadow walked in behind her, "You said we could go to the bathroom," he said

"Well your free, but Lyric is not" The teacher said, still staring at Lyric and taking a few glances at Shadow,

"No, you said we could both go to the bathroom." he said, a cold and challenging look in his eyes

The teacher stayed silent, writing a detention slip for Lyric.

"Ah, so you're sexist." Shadow said, appearing behind the teacher

"Well women try to make themselves 'prettier' for the men" The teacher said, finishing the detention slip.

Shadow laughed, but it had no warmth, "No, you seem to miss understand me." he said. snatching the slip and ripping it, "Why would you think she needs to get 'prettier' as you call it."

Lyric laid her head down on his desk, starting to shake a little.

The teacher yelled, "Sit. Down!" while he had to write another one.

"No, I don't think I will." he said, grabbing the slip, "Tell me, why would Lyric need to get 'prettier' no one is as beautiful as she is."

"Well, so the boys would actually want her anyway" The teacher said, grabbing another.

Lyric kept shaking, mumbling to themselves.

Shadow's eyes went colder than a glacier and he hit the teacher, "I think I'll do my torturing homework on you." he said

The teacher hit the ground, "What the hell?!"

Shadow grabbed the teacher by his collar, "Let's see, first step is to beat them senseless."

The teacher groaned, "Let me go- or i will get you suspended"

"Not the first time that's been threatend. Everytime someone threatens that, nothing happens. So how about you take back what you said about Lyric and you don't give her detention. We can forget this ever happened or you can die in a 'messed up' torture experiment."

"Fine- just let go of me" The teacher gasped.

Lyric was still shaking, everyone staring right at them.

"Swear it on whatever god you worship."

"I happen to not worship any god" The teacher said.

"Your word will be good enough," he dropped the teacher on the ground, "Oh yeah, if Lyric gets a detention from you or if I find out you influenced a detention. You might want to dig a 6 foot rectangukar hole."

Lyric mumbled to herself, about everyone staring at him.

Shadow went back next to Lyric

Lyric kept muttering the same thing over and over.

"I'm sorry," he said softly, "I hate people being sexist."

She muttered, "Everyone....staring...at me..."

Shadow glared aroung at everyone, "What the heck are you guys looking at?"

Everyone looked away as about an half an hour the bell rang again.

Shadow looked at Lyric, concerned, "Are you okay?" he said, hoping she wouldn't remember what he said to the teacher earlier

Lyric nodded, grabbing their stuff before running towards the girls bathroom.

Shadow watched her go sadly

She looked through her bag- throwing away everything that could be used to 'enhance her beauty' like lipstick or any makeup.

Shadow didn't want to go to the next period without Lyric so he waited

Lyric a few minutes walked out, her bag extremely light now.

"Is everything okay Lyric?"

"Y-Yeah, just had to throw away a few things...."

Shadow looked at her, "You didn't need makeup anyways, you're much to beautiful anyways." he blushed, looking away

Lyric looked down at the ground, tears streaming down her face. "Thanks"

He blushed again, "Your welcome, I wish I could hug you."

"Yeah...maybe a quick one wont hurt..."

Shadow gave her a quick hug

Lyric hugged back, wiping his face.

He smiled slightly

"T-Thanks"

"I'm here for you," he said, "I'll be your should to cry on if you'll be mine."

"O-Okay, that sounds nice"

Shadow smiled "Now we need to get to class."

"Yeah we do....i really hope the teacher isnt like the other teacher..."

"I'll deal witht hem if they are." he said

"Thanks shadow" Lyric said, starting to walk.

Shadow smiled, following him

Lyric made it to the class, sitting down in the back.

Shadow sat next to her

Lyric yawned, sitting through the boring class.

Shadow waited for Lyric as the bell rang

Lyric grabbed all of their stuff running out of the room.

Shadow followed her, "Lyric!"

"Hurry up! I have to catch the bus!"

"Oh, okay!" he said, running even with her

Lyric kept running, almost missing the bus.

Shadow got on behind her

She sat down in the front, making sure to pay attention.

He sat to her right

After a few minutes she told the bus driver to stop and started climbing out.

Shadow followed her

"Ah, there we are"

Lyric chuckled, "Hi Luna, you could have waited till i had put my stuff down"

Shadow smiled as Jamie walked over, "She's a handful!"

"Yep, she really is"

Shadow laughed

Lyric picked her up, still holding her stuff.

"I'll take your stuff for you."

They smiled, handing him her stuff. "Thanks"

"Your welcome." He said. Jamie waved good bye

Lyric waved, and Luna yelled, "Bye!!"

"Good bye." Jamie saiid

Luna smiled, "snack timeee!"

"You go first."

Lyric nodded, walking into the house. "Yep- its time for snack"

Shadow followed

The house was a little bit of a mess, covered in Luna's toys.

"Where should I put your stuff?"

"um- just on that table over there" Lyric said, grabbing out some cubed cheese for Luna to snack on.

"Okay," he said, placing it on a table

Luna smiled grabbing the cheese and running towards the living room.

Lyric sat on the ground, tears streaming down her face.

Shadow looked at her, "Let's go to your room."

"Okay...Luna! Im going to my room!"

"Be good down here," he said smiling

Luna smiled, "I will!"

Lyric ran up to her room, crying.

Shadow followed her

She ran into her room and collapsed on the floor a giant ball of tears.

Shadow enterred the room as well, "If you were to hug me while I had no skin showing, would that still make you see my death?"

"I-I dont know....ive never tried" Lyric cried.

"Let's try then," he said, putting on gloves and a face mask. He hugged her

Lyric hugged him and was able to hug him a lot longer without being shown his death.

He smiled, "that seem'd a lot longer," he said

"Yeah...it did"

"What if you also have no skin showing?"

"Maybe i wont be able to use my power!"

"That's my point!" He said, "Here, wear these." he said handing her a facemask and gloves

Lyric put them on, smiling a little.

"Now let's see." he said, hugging her

Lyric hugged him back, starting to cry. "I-Its working!"

Shadow started to cry in relief, "It's working."

"Yay!"

Shadow hugged her tighter

Lyric hugged him back, crying.

Shadow was crying to, this time tears of sadness and happiness

Lyric muttered, "I-I can finally be normal"

"You can," he said

Lyric smiled, "Wanna go back downstairs?"

"If you want to," he said smiling

"Yeah- i just hope Luna didnt make a mess"

"We can only hope."

Lyric walked downstairs while Luna was singing, very offkey to a song.

Shadow followed happily

Luna stopped singing, "Sissss- im thistyyyy!"

"I'll get her some water, you go hug your sister."

Lyric ran over to Luna, giving her the biggest hug he could.

Shadow got a cup of water for Luna

Luna ran into the kitchen, trying to grab the cup.

He smiled, "And it's just the 2 of you here?"

Shadow sighed, "I'll be back with my stuff soon." he said

"Okay, if you want me to help i can"

"I don't really have much," he said, walking out of the house. He came back an hour later with all of his stuff

Lyric smiled, "I'll clean up their room for you" she said, running towards his parents room.

Lyric spent a few minutes cleaning the room before yelling downstairs, "You can come put your stuff in here now!"

Luna smiled, "Sis never lets anybody stay in mama and dada's room ever, they must like you'

Shadow looked around the room

There was not even a spec of dirt in the room as Lyric had tried to clean all of it.

Shadow smiled slightly

Shadow looked at them, "She was cute even before now."

Luna had run upstairs before gasping, "Ooooohhhhh- you like my sis!!!!"

"How did you even hear me!" He said

"Hehe- i have my waysss"

He blushed, "Please don't tell her."

"But what if i do?" Luna asked, giggling.

He blushed even more, "Please don't."

Luna laughed, running down the stairs.

Shadow sighed, following her.

Luna ran into Lyric.

Shadow watched this happen

Lyric leaned down, picking her up. "Hey, its okay"

Oh, right)) Shadow sighed

Luna kept crying even louder, a few splinters in her hands.

"Let me take those out," Shadow said

Luna held her hands out, splinters all in them.

Shadow took out all of the splinters carefully

Luna winced a little, "Owwww!"

Lyric smiled, "They are all out now Luna"

Shadow smiled at Luna

She looked down at her hands, "Oh, yay!"

Shadow stood up, brushing off his pant legs

Lyric froze, blushing a little. "O-Oh"

Luna ran back, grabbing her juice before pushing Lyric towards him.

Shadow blushed again as he helped them up

Luna opened the door quickly, pulling the boy in.

Shadow smiled and kissed him, the same could be heard from the other room

Lyric sat down on the couch, which was somewhat covered in who knows what.

Shadow sat next to him, smiling slightly

Lyric turned on the TV, yawning.

Shadow looked around

The home was cluttered, mostly with Luna's toys but also with clothes that seemed like their parents.

Shadow sighed, leaning his head back a bit

Lyric fell over onto Shadow's lap, falling asleep.

Shadow froze, unsure what to do

Luna was heard getting up in the other room, and rushing towards the living room.

Shadow acted like he was asleep

Luna chuckled, "So 'cute' may have to ruin the parade here"

Shadow looked concerned

She rushed towards the door and opened it, chuckling before yelling "LYRIC! MA AND PA ARE BACK!"

Lyric's head jolted up, "Mom?! Dad?!"

Shadow glared at Luna

Luna dropped to the ground laughing while Lyric looked at her teary-eyed. "W-Why!"

"How about you go back upstairs with your cuddlebug?" Shadow said grimly

Luna quickly ran back upstairs, still laughing.

Lyric curled around herself, his knees up to their chest.

Shadow hugged them, "It's all right," he murmured, "Calm down."

"H-How is it okay?!" Lyric cried, "My parents are dead!"

Shadow looked calm, "Yes, they did. But you can forget that. Plus, I'm now here."

When Shadow awoke, he could smell something cooking

Lyric was cooking a bunch of pancakes, soft music playing as well.

"What time is it?" Shadow groaned softly

"Morning, and almost time for school, unless you plan on skipping"

"They wouldn't know if I skipped or not." He said shrugging

"Thats true"

He smiled absent-mindedly

"Well some of the pancakes are done, do you mind going to wake up Luna and her little friend?"

"Sure," He smiled wickedly, "Anything that makes her cry very easily?"

"Hmmmm, loosing me i guess"

"Hmmmm, losing me i guess"

"I'm going to run up there and yell that you've been killed." He said, smiling broadly, "We can put some ketchup on a plastic bag and lay you on it. I'll then show her the body."

Lyric chuckled, "Alright" she said, grabbing a bag and putting ketchup on it.

Shadow waited until Lyric laid down

Lyric laughed quietly, laying down and trying to look dead.

"I'll be back," He whispered before thudding up the stairs screaming, "LYRIC'S DEAD."

Luna opened her door quickly, "WHAT?! HE CANT BE!"

"Look!" He said in a shaking voice, "I-I woke up and she was lying there."

Luna ran down the stairs before screaming, "LYRIC NO!"

Shadow was shaking from laughter

Luna yelled, "What is wrong with you! They are dead!"

Lyric stayed on the ground, still acting dead.

"Just like your parents?" Shadow said, his eyes turning cold, "Remember how you tormented Lyric about that? How about some revenge?"

"I hate you!" Luna yelled, rushing out of the house.

"Was that a bit to far?" Shadow asked Lyric

Lyric mumbled, "Maybe- but she deserved it"

"I've got to chase after her," Shadow sighed, running after Luna

Lyric got up, wincing, "What the-" they said, the bag a deeper red shade, darker than any ketchup.

Luna kept running, angrily crying.

"Luna, come back." He said, grabbing her arm

Luna screamed, "N-No!"

"I'm sorry Luna," He said, teleporting both of them to Lyric's shadow. "Lyric! What's wrong?"

"I-I dont kn........" Lyric trailed off, falling to the ground.

Shadow caught him, surprised as his hand turned red. "Oh no, Lyric." He said, "Luna, is there a first aid in the house?"

"I think there is one in the bathroom!" Luna said, running to the bathroom to look around for it.

yw)) Lyric groaned softly, the wound still bleeding.

Shadow looked scared, "You'll be okay." He said

They mumbled, "So....dizzy"

"Save your strength, you've lost a lot of blood." He said, "Hurry up Luna!"

Luna yelled, "I cant find it!"

Shadow spotted a red box with a plus on the counter, "It's in here!"

Luna sprinted towards the box, grabbing it.

"Take out some bandages and rubbing alcohol."

Luna nodded, taking out a bunch of bandages and rubbing alchohol.

He grabbed the rubbing alcohol and put it in the wound, cleansing it. He then wrapped the bandage around her torso

Lyric tensed, "Owww....."

"What happened?" He asked, "Also, what's your blood type?"

"I-I dont know....i got up and it just all the sudden....hurt" Lyric said, "And I'm O- i think"

"Okay," He said, hooking her up to a blood bag

Lyric mumbled, "I-I'm tired....."

"Don't go to sleep," Shadow said, "Instead, tell me about your childhood."

"But my childhood suckssss" Lyric said.

"I still want to hear it," he murmured

"Wellllll- fineeee"

Shadow smiled slightly

"I honestly didnt think my parents wanted any kids until Luna came along, but i still loved them"

Shadow politely listened

"Even if i was ignored on birthdays, or was stuck taking care of her, or dragging my parents in from the lawn so they wouldn't freeze"

Shadow sighed softly

"Well....thats mostly my life story, can i sleep now?"

"You may sleep now."

Lyric smiled, drowsily mumbling, "Thanks babe....." before falling asleep.

Shadow gently stroked her hair

Luna laughed, "Lyric looks so stupid right now"

Shadow glared at Luna, "At least she hasn't looked stupid their whole life," he sighed, "Just go back to your cuddle bug."

"Gladly" Luna said, running back.

Shadow sighed, hugging Lyric now

Lyric hugged back a little, still sleepy.

"Are you feeling okay?"

"Sleepy.....and a little dizzy still"

"Does anything hurt?"

"M-My back hurts a lot"

"I need to figure out what happend."

Lyric tried sitting up, wincing a little.

"Careful." he said

"I-I'm trying to be"

Shadow was ready to catch them if need arose

Lyric stumbled, getting up. "I have to use the restroom"

"Okay, I'll be out here."

Lyric nodded, stumbling towards the bathroom.

Shadow watched him go, extremely concerned

Lyric walked back out a few miniutes later, a small bruise on her face.

"What happened?" Shadow asked

"I fell" Lyric said, sitting back down next to him.

"Are you feeling okay?"

"Yeah, still a little drowsy....i think"

"You can sleep if you want to."

"But i slept a lot already.....and i have to cook"

"I can cook."

"That would be great.....but Luna basically likes my cooking only"

"Trust me with this, she might like my own cooking as well."

"I trust you..." Lyric said, close to falling asleep again.

"Then lay back and relax." he said gently

Lyric nodded, laying down and falling asleep.

Luna was heard laughing upstairs, watching a show.

Shadow quickly prepared a delicious breakfast

Luna ran downstairs, "Whatttt- Lyric's not cooking???"

"She did, I had to finish though. Lyric fell asleep."

"Oh....okay!"

"Now if you'd sit down."

Luna sat down, waiting for the food.

Lyric was silently sleeping, although tossing and turning constantly.

Shadow served Luna her food and smiled

Luna quickly started eating, "Woahhhhh- your food is so much better!"

He smiled proudly

"You should cook more!" Luna said.

Lyric grabbed at the air, possibly having a nightmare.

"Thank you Luna," He replied smiling

Luna grinned, getting up.

Shadow went over to Lyric

Lyric was grabbing at the air, seeming to be calling silently for someone.

Shadow gently touched his shoulder

They suddenly stopped, opening her eyes quickly.

"Are you okay?"

"O-Oh yeah...i am"

"You looked like you were having a nightmare."

"I-I must have been then...."

"Do you remember it?"

"It was my mom....she was running....from something"

"Oh no," He said, hugging her

"I-I dont know what...."

He sighed slightly before smiling, "I told you Luna would like my cooking."

"Heh, seems like i was wrong"

Shadow sat on the couch next to Lyric, looking very depressed.

Lyric hugged him, curling up next to him.

Lyric smiled widely, "What do you want to do after we snuggle?"

"Hmmm....well i think i need to go to the store"

"I can come with you."

"Thanks, but its a bit personal what i am going to be buying"

"Okay then, I'll watch Luna." He said

"Thanks" Lyric said, going closer to him.

"Your welcome," he said

Lyric smiled, "A few more minutes of cuddling before i leave though"

"Okay," he said, a hint of a smile returning

Lyric chuckled, kissing his cheek.

He blushed

"Well i really should get to the store before it closes" He said, getting up off the couch.

"Okay, goodbye." he said, kissing his cheek

Lyric smiled, "Bye love" walking out of the house and rushing to the nearest pharmacy.

Shadow sighed

A few minutes later Lyric walked back, a small bag in hand.

"That was quick."

"Yeah...i tried to be in and out"

He smiled again, "Depression moment over."

"Yep, seems like it- but i will be right back" she said, basically speed walking to the bathroom.

"Okay."

Lyric was in there for a few minutes, shaking a little.

Shadow started to get worried

She mumbled quietly, "Nonononononnono, this cant be happening...."

"Is everything okay Lyric?"

"O-Oh yeah!" They said, although she was lying.

"Okay," he said

Lyric quickly hid what she had bought and walked out of the bathroom.

Shadow was on the couch again, staring off into space

"Hey- im out"

"Did I miss something?" he said

"No, sorry i took so long"

"It's okay," he said

They yawned, walking into the kitchen.

Shadow yawned loudly and fell asleep

Lyric smiled, walking back into the bathroom, grabbing the item and rushing to her room to hide it.

Shadow curled up on the couch

Lyric walked back down the stairs, sitting on the couch.

Shadow turned to his left

"Hello love"

Shadow groaned a bit as he fell back asleep

They smiled, setting Shadow onto her.

Shadow sighed,

"Go ahead and sleep"

"Okay," he murmured

She smiled, patting his head while thinking about things.
