Luckily, i knew how to get rid of it cz I did research ahead of time to prep for it 🤓 I didn't freak out or anything cz I really didn't give a damn (I had other things to give a damn about) and just went on with my day. To soothe the pain I use a heating pad and drink hella tea thats literally all….I restrain myself from using pain killers for several reasons (even if Im rolling in pain idc gotta endure that shit).

i get them so bad and it really helps and I have a high tolerance for pain too and it relieves it all
