A Residue of Hope by Tom Milton
Thirty-two year old Jessia was rushed to the hospital from a drug overdose. Her Mother Marika is by her side, praying for her to be okay. She wonder if she did something wrong, has she failed as a parent? Could she have prevented this in some way?
Told from Marik's point of view I was pulled into her Family , feeling all the feels and praying everything would be fine. An emotionally charged story, I was hooked from the first page.
I highly recommed A Residue of Hope to all.
