Can't add picture to my Litsy post

I don’t know if it’s an issue with my device (iPad Air (4th generation)) but I’m trying to post a picture on Litsy. Initially I added it first (using the 'take photo' button) but it didn’t download so I saved the post and then tried to add it via editing but it still didn’t work.

Is anyone else having that issue/ can anyone please help?
