RIP Peter Robinson

Peter Robinson, best known for his Inspector Banks mysteries, died on October 4 2022. His publisher said he died after a short illness but there was no other information in the article on the CBC web site that I read. There are 27 books in the Inspector Banks series plus a handful of other books which are not part of the Banks series. I've been trying to read all the earlier books that I missed so I haven't read many of the newer ones. I guess now I'll have time to catch up.

I have read many of his books, upto and including book 26 in the Banks series Many Rivers to Cross, so I still have a few in the pipeline to enjoy. And I’ve yet to try his standalone novels.

Very sad news. I still have some more recent books to read but decided on hearing of his death that I'd like to go back and read a couple of the early books in his Inspector Banks series.
