Any thoughts on the interview with Ruthie Tennant, and why she was so nervous?

One can only imagine that Ruthie knows, or has found out, what this is all about. She seemed an innocent bystander when we first met her, but she was definitely showing signs of stress during that interview.

Ruthie may know more than she's told Tony so far and now she's afraid that she is next...and she could be right. This whole thing must have something to do with the charities and nothing to do with the drugs.

I think she may have suspicions about what's going on and becoming concerned about whether or not she could be next.

she seemed way to nervous simply from being at the police station - she's hiding something. Whether it's that she knows why Chalmers was killed or there are other things going on with the charity that she doesn't want discovered, remains to be seen

Yes, highly suspicious that she declined police protection even though she was concerned for her well being. She likely knew what Chalmers was doing, And perhaps she was assisting him....

She is definitely hiding something and afraid they will come after her next.
