Why did you think Willow needed Perez to pick her up when she arrived? What could they have to discuss?

I think Willow may want to discuss a future with Perez.

I think she is going to tell him she is pregnant, perhaps she wants to meet with him first as it is already showing. She talked about tiredness and of course this could indicate pregnancy.

I just figured she wanted to talk about their relationship but >3 Andrew-theQM:'s idea is interesting.

I thought Jimmy's phone call had caught her in bed with someone and she wanted to let him know about a new man in her life. But Jimmy thought this too, so that put that thought out of my mind, :)

I don't think there any car rental places on the Island and she can't walk to the police station or carry her car on the plane. She could bring her car if she took the ferry. This relationship seemed to be one of convenience from the start...neither one was very "into it." They should both know though that you don't sleep with your boss. Bad idea on both their parts.
