Well, all suggestions are in and it is time to vote. Thanks to all who made suggestions. Interestingly, themes dominated over countries by about 2:1 as topics for 2019. Let's see where voting takes us.

In addition to the usual quarterly reads, there are two suggestions for year long reads, so weigh in on those as well. These would run in addition to the quarterly threads.

You can vote "yes" or "no" or "undecided". If you change your mind, you can change your vote. You do not need to vote on all topics, but doing so certainly helps make the decision more of a group choice.

Voting will be open for about a week. There will be a message on the Reading Globally Message Board before it closes.

If you have comments, please post them on the planning thread: https://www.librarything.com/topic/299379

I think the last one would be a blast, tho since its our own 'journey', would it be difficult to have a conversation about whats read? How would that work, would we need to each have our own page?
