Who was responsible for Magda's flat not being secured? Did this raise any suspicions for you?

Yes, somebody should have locked the door after the ambulance came for Magda and if they did lock it then someone came back to find the money or whatever they were looking for.

Who was in charge of the scene. Was it Tony? Did he delegate someone? Ultimately I believe the flat was so poorly constructed anyone could have broken in.

Once the police are on the scene, they have a responsibility to secur the apartment since obviously the victim cannot. This looks like sabotage and makes me suspect Buchanan.

Miss Cairns in SEB told Tony that "Pete Buchanan was swanning around the car park" outside Magda's flat - I think we need look no further for the guilty party...

I agree with all of you. More incompetency on the part of the police. The poor seem to be ignored in this town and no one cares much. Hope that's not the way it really is.
