How can I add an event that has an author reading from her latest novel on a place in Munich?
Heidi Rehn reads from her novel on a tour through Munich starting at the Geschwister-Scholl-Place
Ein exklusiver Streifzug durch München als Romanschauplatz mit Erfolgsautorin Heidi Rehn zu ihrem neuen Buch "Tanz des Vergessens"
Veranstaltungsort: Brunnen am Geschwister Scholl Platz
Ort: 80539 München, Geschwister Scholl Platz
(from the publisher's home page)
I can't add an event without a specific location, right? Or is there some way to do that?

I don't know of a way to add the event without a venue. Maybe you could use her starting point as the venue and explain the rest of the tour in the event description?

I thought of doing that, but that would mean that a street, a place becomes a venue. If I'd take the publisher as venue, then can I use the 'Held elsewhere?' feature? But I think that would also be linked to a venue, or not?

I don't see why the street can't be a venue. The fact is, it is where the event will be held or at least commence.

Well, I understand the venue as a building, a box, a home, something where books and/or people can be in, and not just a spot on Earth.
I now added the publisher as a venue and was able to put the actual location in 'Held elsewhere?'.
