Almost free to good homes

Please forgive the self-congratulatory tone, but I cannot wait to tear into my free copy of The Crime of Sylvestre Bonnard. Thank you, HarryMacDonald!

This evening, I finished The Crime of Sylvestre Bonnard. Sylvestre, in my view, is one of the most sympathetic characters in literature that I have had the pleasure to encounter. If you come across this gem, do read it as every page is a pleasure.

Excellent idea. I've put mine in an "Available for Adoption" collection now: http://www.librarything.com/catalog/BarkingMatt/availableforadoption. In principle I'll only post them to other European destinations (costs you know), but exceptions could be made.
