Information on Castle Waiting (Turtleback)

I am wondering if anyone has any information on availability of the Turtleback edition of Linda Medley's "Castle Waiting: The Lucky Road".

I know the "Castle Waiting" series was first published in a comic book in 1998-1999, then published in graphic novel form around 2000.

The WorldCat library catalog lists available editions from Olio and Cartoon Books. However, there is a mysterious listing of a hardcover (school and library binding) edition from Turtleback Books from August 2002. This listing is on Amazon.com. This edition says it's out of print, there is no price, and I haven't been able to find much information at WorldCat or elsewhere online, either. The only listings from Google Search are in South Africa and New Zealand.

I am wondering if this Turtleback edition is available anywhere else in the U.S. from used booksellers, etc.

Maybe someone else can help you with the Turtleback edition.

Is it a real edition, or from one of those services that specialize in re-binding limited quantities of regular paperback editions into hardbacks for resale for library use ? (which is what a "turtleback" usually is)

Actually the publisher seem to be Tandem Library - http://openlibrary.org/works/OL3364628W/Castle_Waiting_Vol_1 (and they tend to get these correctly) - (Amazon has made the usual mess with it). And TL are basically simply rebounding books.

So I suspect it is just re-bound paperback.
