The selection of books shown on this site is just a sample of recommended readings on a variety of issues related to domestic violence and sexual abuse. The library itself holds over 5000 items which are available to those living in Victoria, Australia. Postal arrangements can be made for those in Victoria who are unable to travel in person to the library.

The Domestic Violence Resource Centre Victoria library holds the most comprehensive collection of books, articles, videos, DVDs and research on family violence in Australia. The library is open to the public. Visitors are welcome to borrow books, DVDs and self-help material.
Visiting the library is by appointment only. Appointments can be made with the librarian on (03) 9486-9866 or you can e-mail the library to make enquires at library@dvrcv.org.au.
