- La mia biblioteca
- Books are my life, and have been ever since I was old enough to have a story read to me. This library (currently under construction) contains all the books I have ever loved; the ones that were read over and over again in my childhood, the ones that made a big impression on me, the ones that still hold magic for me.
I probably read more children's fiction than I do adult fiction (make what you will of that) but I also include some of the best books I have read in more recent years, both moderns and classics.
There is also some non-fiction, mainly things that I am reading now in connection with my studies - Informazione su di me
- I'm not on my profile picture, because I was behind the camera. I just think it goes quite well with my user name.
I am a traveller, I like to take off and go, whether that's off on a bus trip across Europe, a walk from my own front door, or into the realms of art and fiction. I like to find my way by instinct, but I like maps as well, especially ones with little pictures and curly writing on. I try to not to take too much stuff with me, either on my literal or metaphorical journeys. Actual luggage or emotional baggage; I like to leave it behind.
I like to dream, I like to laugh, I like to talk, I like to create. I also like to drink coffee.
I love treasure hunts, although I was always disappointed with the treasure. The hunting was much more fun. Now I like to make treasure hunts instead.
My head spends a lot of time in the past. The distant past, that is, not my past. I study History because I like old things covered with dust (among other reasons)
I'm getting carried away. That tends to happen. Let's leave it at that for now, shall we? - Luogo
