I work and play in a beautiful leafy area of London, where I am truly blessed by abundance in every shape and form!

An ardent reader since knee-high-to-a-grasshopper, my love of penning stories was squashed by one comment at junior school - but now I am pushing through the "old story" and busy writing my own :)

As an eclectic reader with a voracious appetite, I invariably have four of five books on the go : lighthearted reading, thrillers or textbooks are the usual assortment!

In my business life, I am Laughter Yoga teacher, play-focused creativity & conscious business #coach. I also just so happen to love cups of tea, taking decadent afternoon teas with my friends and my Beloved, I covet and collect vintage china too! A massive fan of doTERRA therapeutic oils & I am loving my life after #breastcancer
