My library is too big. I am at the stage of life where I should be de-accessioning. But it is hard. I have novels, essay collections,poetry, books about China, lots of cook books and even more books about gardens,gardeners and the environment.

I am a retired child care provider, retired photography processor, retired teacher, retired community college administrator, retired arts administrator, retired English sub-editor in China, and most recently, retired librarian. I should be able to write a novel someday. But right now I am a gardener and garden writer with a blog commonweeder.com.
