My library contains a variety of genres from classics to contemporary writers. Mainly, I purchase Historical Fiction, especially Christian fiction.

I am an avid reader and a published writer--Hold Me Close (2015). I enjoy the study of history, espeically when combined with fictions. Presently, I teach high school French in Abilene, Texas. I have degrees in French, Spanish, and Journalism from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. Recently, I received a MA in English from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene. I am originally from Louisiana but am currently living in Abilene with my husband and Cleo, my cat. My two grown children live and work in Louisiana. In my spare time I read, write, and travel.
