I suspect that one day my reading pile is going to fall over and kill me. And my husband is no better. Or worse, depending on how you look at it.

I got into the book-buying habit in my uni days and never stopped. I read both fiction and non-fiction, usually twentieth century onwards, and I'm fairly omnivorous..

I write mysteries. Or you could say that I travel between the nineteenth and twenty-first centuries, murdering people.

Despite doing an English degree it took me ages to start writing - but I got there in the end!
