Didn't finish. Great beginning chapters speaking of formative years. After that it's basically bragging about his skills--which I'm sure are great--and describing his deals. If you put it in greater perspective he basically ruined the fabric of many societies by gentrifying neighborhoods and transforming small individual homes into nondescript apartment blocks. Glad I didn't pay for this one.
