O Holy Night
How Deep the Father's Love for Us
The Power of the Cross
In Christ Alone
The Strife is O'er
Christ for the World We Sing
God of Grace and God of Glory
Great is Thy Faithfulness
Hail to the Lord's Anointed
How Firm a Foundation
Let All Mortal Flesh Keep Silence
O Master Let Me Walk with Thee
It is Well with my Soul
What Wondrous Love is This
O Happy Day
Come, Ye Sinners, Poor and Needy
Lift High the Cross
the fancy version of the Doxology that is beloved by Mennonites! (#623 in this hymnal)
The Lord's Prayer (Malotte version that all the opera singers sing)
a total of 12 Black spiritual songs including In Christ There is No East or West & There is a Balm in Gilead
a total of 5 Stuart Townend/Keith Getty hymns
What it's missing:
They'll Know We are Christians by our Love
Tell Out, My Soul, the Greatness of the Lord
The Servant Song
Lord Whose Love through Humble Service
I discovered a new song that I am sure will become a favorite:
Baruch Hashem Adonai (written by Dawn Rodgers & Tricia Walker)
It also has
Lift Every Voice and Sing
The Star-Spangled Banner
O Canada!
God Save the Queen (they need to edit that to King now :( RIP)

There are indexes in the back for scriptural allusions, tune names, metrical tunes, authors/composers/arrangers/sources, church calendar [holidays and seasons], topics, and hymn title and first line. I really appreciate the scriptural allusions & church calendar & topical indexes for helping select music that fits with the sermon & Bible readings. It has an acceptable selection of service music for liturgical churches. As an FYI, the editor for the book is Eric Wyse, best known for composing Wonderful, Merciful Savior. He was a music director for an Episcopal church in Nashville and also was a director of A&R at Warner Alliance as well as a music producer.
Overall, this is probably my current favorite hymnal. I haven't analyzed the hymns for conforming to my personal doctrinal stances; I just want to find my favorite hymns and songs in one book. On top of all of that, the price is very, very good--it's currently less than $10 from Christian Book dot com for a single hardcover. It's even available in red, burgundy, blue, and forest green to coordinate with your interior decorating choices. Lastly, it's got a bold, fairly large font for the letters for easier reading for older eyes--better than any of my other [non-large-print] hymnals.… (altro)
