Lose weight with weighttraining: a lovely no-nonsense book. I will be following the twelve week program (and hopefully I'll remember to edit this with the results).
The first half of the book is dedicated to food, with all the rules for eating sensibly well explained, and of course related to succesfull weight training. The second half is a twelve week program with exercises, quite simple for the first four weeks and progressing in the next phase.
Very well written and inspirational!
