Rhylle Winn

Basically, this bloke, Rhylle Winn, got kicked in the head by a bull. Then got slammed in the head later on, then had lifelong headaches and mini seizures which slowly got worse and worse. His doctor kept pestering him to get a ct scan of his noggin, and he ignored that. Then, decades later he basically collapses on holiday and finally has the ct scan revealing he has a malignant tumor in his head.

The book mainly focuses on managing a farm & rural life during treatment & coping with such post treatment. I'd place it more in biographies and overcoming disabilities than rural/farming which is where our local library had it catalogued.

Eitherway, it's not too bad a book once you get over the stupidity of not seeking medical advice sooner (although props to the author for recognising it was a stupid thing to do!).… (altro)
