Elisha Waldman

This Narrow Space is an account of Waldman's experiences as a pediatric oncologist in Israel. Other than relating accounts of patients, it is also an account of Waldman's hopes and disappointments as he navigates life in Israel as a new immigrant from the U.S. He comes to understand how geopolitical realities affect the fates of his patients, and this comes alive to us in his writing.
