You really can't go wrong with these magazines, basically, collections of various interviews over the years, as well as decent looks at every single studio album they ever made.

In the case of The Rolling Stones, this one is very interesting, as it starts out around 1965, the band cocky and unsure, hoping for a run of a few years, through their incredible mid to late 1970s period, the fractious 1980s, and now, possibly one of the richest and longest running bands in existence.
