Ages 4-7 - This book is a story of a little girl who saves her money & is looking forward to her trip to the farmers market. It shows how she has to chose wisely & make a decision on what to buy with the amount she has earned from household chores.

Explores all the different fruits and vegetables you can find at a farmers market.She had been saving her money so she can buy something at the market, In the end she ends up picking a watering can to take home. She has so much fun and wants to bring a friend next weekend.Book has rhyming. Could be read to a class for ages 4-7

This is a fun book about a young girl who is getting ready to go to the farmers market with her parents, however while there she has a hard time trying to figure out what to buy with her chore money, I would read this to a group of 4 to age 8 and this could be a class room book for everyone to hear

The little girl in the book is very excited to go to the farmers market, she has been saving money and will spend it wisely on something of her choosing. She find something that is just right for her.

Plot

My son and daughter liked this book. They loved the cute, brightly colored illustrations and could relate to the little girl in her excited for the farmer's market. The little girl's enthusiasm is infectious. I like this book. I was surprised my kids liked it as much as they did. They thought the main character was so funny and giggled every time she knocked something over.

Pros: Bright and clever illustrations combine with a simple but lovely narrative to create a fun Saturday journey.

A little girl is excited to go to the farmer's market with her parents on saturday morning . She is also excited to get to the market to see what she could buy with the money she saved in her piggy bank.

Nice rhyme, good illustrations. Would work for story time.
