This is a thoughtful and lively exploration of how character and personality types can each find their role in finding solutions to societal problems. In particular, the solutions (and strategies for finding solutions) favour the BOTH... AND kinds of solutions, rather than EITHER/OR. My favourite quotation of the book, which also sums up the style and wit of its author, is when she observes that we have to be optimisitc about solving climate change.
