Daniel B. Thorp

An easy read with great pictures. I read Stephen Ambrose's Undaunted Courage within the last couple of months (which is in this book's bibliography). This book didn't present anything new, although I liked the excerpts from their letters and journals. No typos or grammar errors.

If I hadn't read the Ambrose, this would have been a great primer. For readers who want a quick overview, this is recommended.
