I appreciate the reasons why the author wrote this. It needed to be written for the Peppers of the world. It was heartbreaking. My issue with the story came from the actual relationships. It seemed juvenile at times, especially with M'Lynne. I rolled my eyes several times because it was just so out of context with the rest of the story. I get that it would have been uncomfortable and awkward but it just came off weird. I still read to the end because I wanted to see what happened with Jason and to see if Cyrus and Pepper got their chance at happiness.… (altro)
