Aly Stiles

This is a fun office romance that also deals with some serious subjects. Despite some ridiculous but laugh-out-loud situations, the dialogue is witty - excellent banter, which I love.
Nat and Nate are rival salespeople out to nail the same big account at a conference. They're both under enormous pressure to deliver, though Nate has other issues, like an ex that is now his boss. They meet before they realize that the other is the competition and are immediately drawn to the other.
Nate is just a sweetheart, a very nice but unhappy man. He's doing a job he hates, especially the ruthlessness of the sales industry. Nat needed some more backstory, in my opinion. There wasn't enough there to justify her wishy-washiness with Nate at times, but my girl does her best.
Chad is the real hero with a nice epilogue. He's definitely eccentric but sweet.… (altro)
