Gary A. Shockley

I suspect Shockley wrote this book for two reasons: to help others learned more easily what he learned the hard way, and to help churches and individuals lead by flowing rather than driving. Leaders can't force their entire vision through constant action alone. In fact, there are times to follow the flow or even to step out of it. One who follows this path is less likely to burn out, more likely to learn how to work with and through others, and more likely to enjoy the whole experience. Shockley is a wise writer, using a combination of stories and logic to make his points efficiently. I've benefited from his ideas.… (altro)
