This book is 271 pages of pure dynamite. I applaud the author for her thorough and easy to follow suggestions on how to take bathing to a whole new level. I learned so much about not just what oils and candles to use, but how to use them and what each bath would do for me.
In these trying times the simple act of taking a spiritual bath can free my aching and tired soul. I would recommend this blessed find to anyone wanting another way to slow down and smell the roses. Thanks Paulette, it ain’t just about rubber duckies and soap bubbles anymore.
