Manoj Kumar Sharma, a self-made author and a Civil Engineer with a working experience of 31 years in major MNCs and other Corporate companies, is a person with great sensitivity towards social issues that prevail in and around the country. With a great working life that had ups and downs, his search to work for the society ended up making him a writer. He belongs to Thane, Maharashtra.
The Author has a natural taste for Fiction Stories, searching for out-of-the-box solutions for perennial social problems. MIЯЯЯO @ THƎ WƎIЯD WAYWAЯD is the debut novel of the Author, exploring absolute cleansing of few problems out of a very long list that has become major drawbacks in the country at present and hindrances towards the development of the nation.

MIЯЯЯO : at THƎ WƎIЯⱭ WAYWAЯⱭ Is the Book shows the conditions of India in the year 2039 or what we Say this story Shows the future of the Country by the authors Point of view and Their Weird Solutions to overcome the problems facing by the Peoples in Future. The Story Highlights the perennial problems of India by the eyes of the Protagonist, who always dream of solutions and aspires to find them. Among the various Problems of the Country, the Protagonist chooses only Three problems to find their Solution. MIRRRO solves these problems and finds permanent solutions but in His Own Weird Way. The Volcanic explosion of the grievance led to the genesis of MIRRRO.
My review:
Some books are so well written that its common often to fall out of words to describe the intensity it creates. Here, in MIRROR, Author Manoj has given a new gateway to understand, analyze and think about the future. The illustrations in the book add beauty to the story. The most interesting things are the Glossary at the end of the book and thus makes the book readable to everyone. The existing problems with the consumption of alcohol and tobacco, physical abuse, pollution, and so on are discussed with great honesty and concern.
With an easy language, the discussions and debates held in the book regarding the social issues stand highlight. Making India as the main subject of the story, set up in 2030 with heavy problems around, the Author has taken up the subject in a very creative and mind-boggling way. There are many solutions as an experienced and common man that Author Manoj has expressed which can be imbibed with proper planning in for practical purposes.
What I like:
1. For any book, the role of the title plays an important role. Here, the author has picked up such a title which not only is fascinating but eye-catchy too.
2. The social issues described in the story are the ones that are existing right now in society and are disgraceful to humankind.
3. The Author's imagination, approach and ways to tackle certain issues are described are logical and practical.
4. With a gripping storyline, the book is a definite feast to the book lovers.
5. The story if up to the point and the writing style is very crisp without any scenes getting dragged or with unwanted drama.
6. The concept of paranormal activity is introduced in a very interesting way.
7. Though it is a work of fiction, keeping in view the author's real-life experience with a great writing style, at some places the story makes every reader think hard.
What I didn't like:
Some books and stories won't give the reader a chance to pick up something that is not to his or her liking and this is one of such books. No flaws absolutely!
Characters:
Every character in the story that falls under the various social issues described are drafted very strongly and aptly. For example. the character of Indo's grandmother depicts almost 3-4 generations of women and their role in shaping up the society. The characters also describe individual problems that pop up due to various social issues around them.
Narration:
An engaging and thoughtful narration is observed in the story. Written in the active voice, the story looks very realistic.
Language & Grammar:
Easy and simple English with good grammar and vocabulary is found in the story. The book's language is appropriate for every reader, though the theme of the book is a heavy drama.

The book's theme of women recovering their power and refusing to be held back by societal standards is well captured in the title and cover image. The reader is engrossed in the protagonist's trip thanks to the poetic and intriguing writing style. The book's structure is excellent, blending social critique and personal experiences in an effortless manner.
