This book is a compilation of her most popular and contains lots of general recipes like seasoning mixes and salad dressings which are staples that are always good to have on hand. I have a hard copy for home and also got the kindle version for when I'm at my vacation home. A good book to have on hand for anyone following a ketogenic diet.
