The beauty of evangelism is that we don't have to think up what to say. The gospel was given by God and we are merely messengers.

One of the things that crystalized in my thinking was how different Jesus taught than we do today.

Whether you had a headache or an enemy, the medicine man was the key player in town. The reality was that the medicine man had more influence than the chief. Those with title and authority did little to relieve the nation of terrorists, but Gideon reluctantly stepped forward. No one gave him a title.

Leaders must train leaders. A line item in every leader's job description must be mentoring other leaders. That is not soemthing that can be passed off to someone else.
