I found this to be extremely useful as I helped our children get through their high school years at home. It explains the credit system and how to build a plan for completing all needed credits in four or less years. It taught me how to be flexible and where I needed to discipline myself in record keeping. Very useful in understanding grades and how to assign them and in creating a transcript for your child's entrance into college. I learned how to design meaningful courses for my child, rather than going through a set curriculum and how to make curricula work for you instead of the other way around.
